With over 20 years of professional experience, Jeff has led the development of over $200M of projects throughout the United States. Projects have included both energy and real estate projects including mixed use, sustainable urban infill communities with retail, residential, office, and hospitality components, and more recently, solar energy, wind, and cogeneration applications. He has extensive experience working with the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and has been advising the US Army in the development of $7 billion of renewable energy projects. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and Business Administration from the University of Missouri at Rolla. Jeff is also an adjunct professor of finance and sustainable development at the University of Denver, Daniels School of Business. Jeff has been married over 30 years, has four children, and on most summer weekends he and his wife can be found on their road bikes cruising the mountains of Colorado.
Debbie comes to REV with a background in hospitality project management with an
emphasis on design and pre construction. She has been responsible for establishing
a strong company presence in the hospitality industry through the many successful
relationships incurred in a highly competitive market.
Her background not only includes Property Improvement Plan (PIP) review and
analysis, bidding and contract negotiations, overseeing budgets and schedule
fulfillments, and field management, but is accompanied by notable partnering of
projects with a total of 40+ concurring projects with yearly average revenue of $1
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with further master’s
coursework from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has three children, and
